Richmond Online Reservations

 Thank you for coming to the Richmond Online Reservation Site for Drink Machines.  For all other inquiries, (ice cream, theme props, Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland please fill out our contact us page and we will contact you shortly.

Ordering your frozen drink machine is easy.  Simply click on the calendar below to choose your date, then choose your machine.  Before entering your informaton click on the "extra mix" tab and choose your extra mix.  Once you have chosen your machine and extra mix, simply fill out the information requested and click the "Book Now" button.  That's it - you're done.  Tropical Trolley will confirm availability and location and send you a Confirmation Invoice with details of your order.  Prior to your event we will re-confirm your rental and deliver your machine(s). Our machines are always delivered on a freestanding rubbermaid cart with decorative skirting, an extension cord if needed, a 5 gallon, mixing jug, as well as the drink mix of your choice.  As a reference, we provide printed instructions as well.  

We will return the next day and pick everything back up.  We simply ask that the machine is accesible to us in case there is no one available at pickup.

Your reservation requires no deposit and you can cancel at any time.  Should you need to cancel just give us a call or an email and we will cancel your reservation.  We accept cash, check or all major credit cards.
